JOB DESCRIPTION:
职位描述：
The ideal candidate is a young and motivated person willing to learn/deepen his/her knowledge in financial and administrative operations. The accountant assistant is responsible for the administration department. The candidate has also to assist the accountant during the set up of the new branch office and all aspects of accounting issues. As assistant plans and coordinate all the operative activities concerning suppliers sourcing and suppliers management. He/She will be responsible to help his superior to monitor and issue purchasing orders for warehouse.
希望应聘者是年轻积极并希望了解学习财务实务。财务助理负责公司日常的行政事务。在新分公司的设立期间，应聘者也需协助财务关于公司设立以及财务相关事务。按公司计划，财务助理也需要配合协助公司供应商管理及采购事项。

More in details you will need to:
详细工作内容有：
1、负责日常现金收付、银行结算；
Daily expenses payment, bank transfer;
2、管理现金、银行存款日记账。月底银行对帐；
Manage daily record of cash, bank account. Check the statements in the end of every month;
3、配合会计工作，如做账，税务实务等；
Assist accountant arrangement, such as bookkeeping, tax issue, etc.;
4. 公司采购事务；
Purchasing for company requirements;
5. 行政等。
Administrative issue.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
技能要求：
1. A bachelor's degree in accounting or related field with 1 years accounting work experience preferably in a foreign enterprise.
会计或相关专业本科毕业，1年会计从业经验，至少一年外企从业经验
2. Accountant certificate required.
会计从业证书
3. Familiar with general tax reporting practice.
熟悉基本报税实务
4. Good written English and good spoken English.
英文读写流利
5. Proficient in MS Office with a strong skill set in Excel.
Office,Excel操作熟练
6. Working knowledge with accounting software and an ERP system.
有财务软件及ERP系统使用经验
7. Good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility and a team player.
良好的沟通能力，有责任心及团队精神

SALARY：
工资:
3000-3500 rmb net (according with previous working experiences).
税后RMB 3000-RMB3500（视工作经验而定）
