1） 有色金属及化工专业本科以上学历

2） 30岁以上

3） 3年上市场开发及销售业务经验

4） 3年以上金属或化工行业经验

5） 独立的客户和市场开发能力，市场判断力，有责任心，善于沟通。

6） 英语听说读写流利，可以作为工作语言

职位描述：

1） 建立和维护良好的客户关系

2） 维护现有客户和市场份额

3） 开发新的客户和市场

4） 及时了解客户需求，开发产品的新的应用领域

5） 及时收集市场行业信息，做好市场分析

6） 跟进销售业务和客户回款

Qualification：
1） Education: bachelor or above of Non-ferrous Metals & Chemistry etc.
2） Age: >30
3） Experience: >3 years for marketing and sales job, >3 years in similar industry (minor metals, chemicals)
4） Skill and ability: independent costumer and market judgments, strong sales sill, responsible and good communication skill
5） Foreign language: fluent English

Job description
1） Build and maintain the good relationship with the customer accounts
2） Maintain current market share, volumes and profit
3） Develop and enlarge market share, volumes and profit
4） Understand well the requirements of the customers and seek for further applications
5） Collect the information on market, industry and make analysis in time
6） Follow up the execution of the sales contracts and collect the payments on time
