1.高中以上学历，
2.熟计算机，办公软件操作
3.能看懂简单的英文资料及测试报告，英语熟练者优先
4.熟悉玩具安规及物理机械性能测试标准及实际的操作
5.熟悉外贸公司验货流程，要求，熟验货标准
6.3年以上遥控玩具行业工作经验，熟悉遥控玩具，塑料，五金，马达，电池，电子零部件质量检验要求
7.有工厂啤机，喷油或装配等工序的品质控制经验并能独立解决生产过程中的品质问题及突发的品质事故
8.能熟练操作量器具
9.工作认真负责，责任心强, 团队工作精神
10.熟悉质量管理体系ISO9000及ISO14000环境管理体系，并有实际陪同客户验厂的经验，对于所验工厂有关质量体系问题及社会责任问题，能独立跟进并能协助工厂进行整改，并能独立制定相关的文件及程序
