职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
? Set up and implement business development plan to explore business opportunities within telecom operators and any other industrial market based on solid understanding and analysis to market and company capabilities;
? Building up contact and relationship within industrial & telecom Market (especially within local railways, electric, and industry.);
? Creating unique values propositions for key clients and implementing sales strategies and programs to exploit growth opportunities
? To make commercial proposals and conduct commercial negotiations
? Manage accounts and coordinate all necessary activities to ensure customer satisfaction and account profitability;
? Identify M&A opportunities which could support business development in North region;
? Achieve planned business targets for assigned accounts
Requirements:
? Solid working experience in industry and have extensive network and contacts (especially with local OEMs)
? 3+ years experience in business development or sales with track record of achievements, proven ability to enter new market and create new business
? Good understanding of Chinese market and local enterprises
? At least bachelor degree, majored in business discipline or engineering
? Good analytical skills and strategic thinking
? Self-motivation personality and work under the pressure
? Strong sales and business development skills
? Good English communication skills, both in spoken and written
