Position Description:

Key areas of responsibility for a Senior Service Engagement Analyst are:
?Provide supply chain and subject matter expertise to customers, sales and Supply Chain in order to recommend and implement EDI solutions, business to business solutions and service programs to meet customer expectations.
?Program Manage the implementation of EDI (or Business to Business) solutions and service offerings with our customers by utilizing cross functional teams.
*Global Client Chamption responsible for the Forecast Management Software, priortized client enhancements and requests, works with IT to develop User Requirements, adequately tests software changes, trains users on software, responsible for leading JDA software upgrades for business side.
?Subject matter experts for FMS (Forecast Management System); provides client/customer troubleshooting, overall maintenance and training of software
?ON Semiconductor liaison to our contracted EDI provider (GXS) for customer implementations.
?Drive Process improvements and global standardization for Service Programs and EDI linkage with customers.
?Manage key corporate projects as determined by direct manager in support of Global Service Operations

Requirements
?Degree holder, supply chain or logistics a plus
*10+ years experience in an Order Management, Customer Service, IT, Buyer related position or Product Planning
?EDI experience or JDA software experience a PLUS
?Excellent written and oral communications in English
?Mature Leader, Strong organization and project management skills
?Ability to multi-task
*Must have English/Chinese language ability. Japanese language ability a plus.
