1. POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible of supporting and implementing IFS sales and marketing direction, managing a sales territory, promoting APLL's broad range of service with focus on profit margin, delivering the assigned IFS sales budget, leading and supporting the sales and marketing activities and delivering service excellence and customer satisfaction.

2.PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
-Focus on IFS business development
-Maintain/increase consolidation/deconsolidation accounts
-Find and secure potential WMS accounts
-Sell the APLL end to end supply chain solutions, including air forwarding business
-Develop LCL business including Ocean Guarantee Service
-Develop sales call plan and presentation materials
-Execute and monitor sales planning, reporting and budgeting
-Develop and maintain territory sales plan, i.e. prepare market analysis, formulate strategies, conduct

sales call and follow up on sales leads, and secure profitable new business
-Meet and interact with overseas customers visiting South China
-Build-up and maintain customer relationship with the local shippers
-Report market intelligence and manage required action and strategy plans
-Maintain good working relationship with ocean and air carriers
