Job Responsibilities 工作职责

· Evaluating user needs and system functionality and ensuring that ICT facilities meet these needs;

· Planning, developing and implementing the ICT budget, obtaining competitive prices from suppliers to ensure cost effectiveness;

· Scheduling upgrades and security backups of hardware and software systems;

· Researching and installing new systems;

· Ensuring the smooth running of all ICT systems, including anti-virus software, print services and email provision;

· Ensuring that software licensing laws are adhered to;

· Providing secure access to the network for remote users;

· Ensuring the security of data from internal and external attack;

· Providing users with appropriate support and advice;

· Mentoring and training new ICT support staff;

· Keeping up to date with the latest technologies.

· Manage all EDI interfaces through EAI software

· Coordinate with the Chinese suppliers: IT connection, server management, hosting, hardware (e.g. RF gun purchase, server purchase, warehouse wifi system implementation, etc)

· Coordinate the implementation of the new system with the operation teams (schedule & requirement)

· Database management (sql mostly)

· Manage the resolution of daily system issue and system development

· Testing and validating new system patch provided by the System company

· Extracting data through SQL querry builder, change them into information and KPI upon request

Job Requirement 岗位要求

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field;

· 4 to 6 years of experience in information technology

· Fluently in both English speaking and writing

· Supervisory experience preferred

· Expert understanding in the following areas:

- Windows Workstation and Server (IBM server AS 400 is a plus)

- Workstation operating systems, Windows, Macintosh, and others

- Local Area Network (LAN) fundamentals and remote access troubleshooting, including network ,interface connection and user installation

- Network topologies

- LAN administration, servers and network architecture

· Commonly used software systems such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher, Outlook, Visio and Project)

· Third-party systems accessed via desktop client or web-based interface Internet technologies

· VBA and SQL proficient
