QA Engineer - Toys & Gifts
Requirements:
- University graduate in Electronic/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent;
- At least 3 years experience in QA/QC field with 2 years or more at Engineer grade in Toys, Gifts & Premiums Industry and Gifts items;
- Familiar with International Toy Safety and Reliability testing standards and requirements;
- Sound knowledge of EU Toys Safety Standards is a must;
- Capable to do product evaluation independently;
- Good command of written and spoken English (level at 4 to 6 or above);
- Fluent in spoken Cantonese and Mandarin;
- Application and Resume in English is a MUST.
Job Duties:
- Participate in product development and engineering to ensure safety and reliability of the product;
- Create Product Quality Specifications;
- Product assessment and compliance qualifications;
- Communicate with the vendors and our Hong Kong office;
- Travel to factory is a must for production / process evaluation and monitoring;
- Coordinates with vendors in completing requirement prior to inspection;
- Work with Engineering Department and vendors on returns information or rejected units.
