Responsibilities:

• To support operations and consolidation
  team of any irregularities or problems that require assistance and to
  feedback on subcontractors' standards and services
• To follow up on routing orders or order
  acceptance and feedback to customers and overseas stations;
• To handle bookings and pick-up
  arrangement and working within area guidelines and Company's policies and
  procedures.
• To establish and work within SOP and KPI
  of customers.
• To generate quotation and service
  proposal to customers.
• To perform business forecasting and
  trade lane expansion analysis.
• To perform pricing and market analysis.
• To feedback pre-claim details and status
  to customers
• To greet and meet with local vendors and
  conduct presentation.
• To delivery service excellence and meet
  customer’s expectation and satisfaction.
• To arrange and coordinate with domestic
  / ocean / air carriers to meet customer’s requirement.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above
• Over 2 years experience in
  consolidation / freight forwarding industry
• Have strong problem solving and
  organization skills
• Demonstrated leadership and management
  ability and able to work in a team
• Able to meet tight deadlines and work
  under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal and
  communication skills
• Resourceful, innovative, with strong
  analytical skills
• Hands on experience on MS Windows and
  Outlook
• Fluent in spoken and written English,
  Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediate availability is preferred
• Basic English in communication and email correspondence
