职位描述
Responsibilities:
1、热爱物流行业且具相关物流销售经验,有独立开发、销售和维护客户的经验与能力,有直接客户资源优先。
2、负责仓储、海运等业务的开发及客户维护等。
3、熟悉仓储经营模式,工作积极主动,良好的职业操守
4、思维敏捷,责任心强,优秀的沟通技巧和团队合作精神。
5、熟练掌握谈判技巧及客户心理,具有亲和力,良好的沟通能力和语言表达能力,学习能力强,服从领导,有积极的上进心。
6、根据公司服务规范完成客户回访工作,维护客情关系。
- Assist in operating of sales & marketing activities and business development plan
- Solicit new business through approaching new potential clients and achieve sales target
- Drive and implement marketing proposal for business expansion
- Co-ordinate and assist in the implementation on all marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the Company;
- Able to work quickly and accurately under pressure and manage multiple tasks at once, maintaining the set priorities of the Sales & Marketing Team.
- Follow-up on relating sales orders and relevant invoicing;
- Provide sales support to the Sales Development Managers, including handling rate enquiry, incoming sales calls and customer service reviews, etc
- Manage key accounts and responsible for related sales activities
- Prepare presentation and proposal to customer with different logistics solution
- Prepare service proposals / quotations for company network and target accounts
- Contact potential customers to qualify and process sales leads
Requirements:
1、专科及以上学历,市场营销等相关专业;
2、有1至3年销售行业工作经验,业绩突出者优先;
3、性格外向、反应敏捷、表达能力强,具有较强的沟通能力及交际技巧,具有亲和力;
4、具备一定的市场分析及判断能力,良好的客户服务意识;
5、有责任心,能承受较大的工作压力。
6、有团队协作能力,勇于挑战。
7、熟悉电脑办公软件操作;
8、基本英语书写及对答
- University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines with 1-3 years solid working experience;
- Willing to learn, self-motivated, responsible, detail oriented, hardworking and able to manage multiple assignments against tight deadlines;
- Good Interpersonal skills, self-motivated and a good team player
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing;
- Prior exposure in the logistics industry is an advantage;
- Basic English in communication and email correspondence
- Immediate availability is preferred
