Responsibilities:
- Formulate sales & marketing plans, strategies, promotion programs, policies & procedures for sales quota, new business opportunities, profitability and growth
- Oversee sales operational activities, evaluates sales result constantly and make adjustment to meet challenging constant changing market conditions and competitions
- Explore and develop new business opportunities
- Maintain existing relationships with key clients in different industries
- Communicate and coordinate with different parties for new contract, programs or service implementation
- Review and update contracts as well as contract performance to make proposition for improvement, including products and pricing
- Analyze and interpret existing and potential market conditions and make recommendations to management and provide inputs on existing services
- Ensure complaints attended and handled appropriately

Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in Marketing, Business Management, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
- 3-5 years of working experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably within Logistics & Supply Chain Companies
- Possess business acumen and knowledge in logistics related industry, and good project management & team management skills
- Proven managerial and business success track record
- Strong leadership, creative, strategic thinking, analytical, problem solving skills
- Mature, self-driven, and can work effectively in fast-paced working environment
- Fluency in spoken and written English & Chinese
