Responsibilities:

　　　1、协助同事完成相关文件的操作
　　　2、处理整套海运单据及数据录入
　　　3、为供应商提供优良的客户服务水准
　　　4、满足客户需求，处理客户投诉等
　　　5、提供优秀的客户服务和满足他们的期望，提高客户满意度

- To provide clerical / documentation support to internal parties
- To handle full set of To handle bookings and pick-up arrangement and working within area guidelines and Company's policies and procedures
- shipping documents and data processing
- To follow up on routing orders or order acceptance and feedback to customers and overseas stations
- To establish and work within SOP and KPI of customers
- To inform supervisors of any irregularities or problems that require assistance and to feedback on subcontractors' standards and services
- To handle customers' inquiries, complaints, and follow up
- To deliver excellent customer service and meet their expectation and satisfaction

Requirements:
1、大专或大专以上学历 （应届毕业生也作考虑）
2、两年以上的物流相关工作经验
3、能熟练地用英语进行交流，精通粤语和普通话
4、有责任心，时间观念强。
5、有丰富的经验，创新能力及分析能力
6、良好的人际关系和沟通技巧
7、能及时到岗者优先考虑
8、基本英语书写跟对答

- Higher Diploma or above (Recent high school graduates will also be considered)
- Detail mindedness and able to work under pressure and deadline
- Relevant experience in freight forwarding / logistics industry is preferred
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Resourceful, innovative, with strong analytical skills
- Hands on experience on MS Windows and Outlook
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Immediate availability is preferred
- Basic English in communication and email correspondence
