This position will work in DJO ShenZhen rep office, as the part of global procurement and supply chain team.

Key Responsibilities:

Order handling

1.PO release & forecast confirmation, through Oracle system. Coordinate with DJO global SCE team and suppliers to handle order related issues

2.Responsible for training new suppliers to follow up delivery process to comply with DJO’s requirement.

3.Responsible for updating of base data related to Asian suppliers in Oracle system, including supplier information, price and payment terms etc

Performance monitoring

1.Understand demand/output environment. Take initiatives to influence suppliers’ production plan, critical material preparation and shipment to minimize back orders;

2.Track and report supplier delivery performance monthly.

Process improving

1.Develop processes to accomplish above responsibilities. Identify improvement opportunities to achieve target.

2.Assistant project manager to set-up Kanban and VMI systems with Asia suppliers.

3.Lead projects to consolidate less than container loads into full container to save transportation costs

Perform other related duties as assigned

Key Specifications

MUST HAVE:

1.Mini. 2 years ERP planning experience, in international company;

2.Ability to take initiatives to solve problems

3.Team-work style

4.Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

NICE TO HAVE:

1.Project management skill;

2.Familiar with shoe manufacturing process, or soft goods manufacturing process
