JD: Shipping Coordinator

1) Regular duties for Sea Shipment & Air Shipment (including both Trading orders & Importeur orders)

- Receive Order Sheets and follow;

- Arrange consolidation of orders, optimize the container space. Coordinate with carriers/agents for shipment arrangement;

- Collect export customs docs, coordinator with customs brokers;

- Collect consignee set of customs docs, send necessary docs to destination;

- Input all necessary data in system;

- Create Debit Notes of local charges and send to shippers and suppliers;

- Issue FCR to suppliers, after Cargo + GL + Docs + Local charges received well;

- Keep all the hard copy of shipment files in record, including the copy of debit notes and invoices;

- Create Local Margin per port, check all the costs and incomes;

- Inquiry and quotation for CPT air shipments;

- Create Debit Notes of international charges and send to clients;

- Monthly statistics of Debit Note, FCR, OT Storage and etc;

2) Coordinate for return shipments occasionally, when there is some cargo returned due to quality problem;

3) Play the role as backup to team member, during her/his absence;

4) Cooperate with colleagues and agents in China or overseas, provide all the necessary docs/info to colleagues in time, and to provide high-quality service to clients;

5) Follow all the existing and newly updated standard process & requests either of the company or of clients;

6) Any other job if required.

QUALIFICATION:

1.College degree or above.
2.CET-4, acceptable English communication skill (writing, speaking).
3.Computer skills in Excel, Word, Outlook.
4.2-3 years working experience in related position
5.Responsible, well-organized, strong sense of team-work
6.Be able to work under pressure.
7.He/She is available preferred.
