职责:

2．正确使用和保养监视和检测装置
3．对物料和在制品及成品进行检验和测试
4．对产品进行状态标识和作相应记录
5．协助或监督生产的质量控制
IQC:
1. 负责来料/外协件之检验以确保来料之品质
2. 负责材料异常之反应、分析、处理及追踪
3. 负责原材料标准样品的管理
4. 原材料超龄库存重新检验
IPQC:
1. 首件确认
2. 制程稽核、记录及管理
3. 制程异常之反应、分析、处理及追踪
OQC:
1. 成品检验及出货稽核。
2. 客户验货。
3. 成品检验异常之反应、分析、处理及追踪

要求：
-- 中专，高中，技校以上学历，机电或注塑类等相关专业
-- 二年以上生产现场或质量检验工作经验；
-- 熟悉常用质量管理仪器，了解质量管理体系；
-- 掌握和熟悉自己工作有关的标准、规范规程和要求，保证检验测量的正确性、真实性、完整性。
-- 爱护、保管所用的检验、测量的设备，保持其完好和量值的准确性。
-- 对检验产品认真填写检验、试验数据和记录，对不合格品进行标识。
-- 对过程检验的不合格品，不转下道工序，能处理及时处理，合格后转入下道工序。
-- 对成品的验证，应依据相关法规及标准和顾客要求
Responsibilities:
Check and determine material and product quality by strictly following the quality check specifications
Properly use and maintain monitoring and check devices
Check and test materials and products in process and finished-products
Mark the product state and do some record accordingly
Assist with and monitor the manufacturing quality control
IQC:
1. Check the quality of incoming materials and outsourced parts to ensure the incoming product quality
2. Give feedback, analyze, handle, and track materials failing to meet the quality standards
3. Manage the standard material samples
4. Recheck the raw materials that are over-stored periodically
IPQC:
1. Confirm the first part
2. Inspect, record, and manage procedures
3. Give feedback, analyze, handle, and track procedures that are abnormal
OQC:
1. Check the finished-products and inspect the shipments
2. Follow the goods check on customers' side
3. Give feedback, analyze, handle, and track the finished-products that are found abnormal

Requirements:
-- Graduate of technical schools, high school or secondary technician school or above, major in electromechanical or related, females are favored.
-- Two years or above of work experience in factories or quality check field
-- Be familiar with common quality management instruments; know the quality management systems
-- Master and get familiar with standards, specifications, and requirements related to quality check to ensure the accuracy, trueness, and integrity of checks and measurements
-- Take good care of all the check and measurement instruments
-- Record the check and test data and mark the parts that fail to meet the quality standards
-- Ensure that only qualified parts are passed to next work station
-- Check finished-products based on related laws and rules and also the customer requirements

We are currently operating a 8,000 square meter factory in Shenzhen to that is now commencing volume production of their proprietary components for delivery to installations worldwide. The plant will eventually produce over one million square meters of parabolic collectors every year.
