Job Duties 工作职责
1. Design and resolve packaging issues to ensure products are well protected and pass drop/transit testing.
2. Design and create artwork and packaging die-lines to best present product at retail level.
3. Create and update graphic and artwork files on server as required.
4. Perform on-site colour proof approvals at vendor.
5. Management of entire design process in assigned categories/dockets – “cradle to grave”.
6. Make assertive artwork/design recommendations.
7. Make regular contact with design community.
8. Conduct research to identify new product ideas, designs, materials and production techniques.
9. Update and create new current product specifications.
10. Create prototypes/mock-ups as required.
11. Prepare final product graphics and packaging for master control files.
12. Work with product design team to ensure accurate and effective packaging and labeling.
13. Maintain communication with internal departments, including merchandising, sales, customer service, logistics, quality control, and production.
14. Attend various internal meetings as required.
15. Maintain external communication with agents, vendors, and designers.
16. Travel and attend trade shows, marketing meetings, vendor and client presentations as required.
17. Assist with the design, layout and set-up of trade show displays.
18.Other job duties assigned as necessary.

Requirements应聘要求：
1. Post- secondary degree/diploma in Graphics Design.
2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field and or in a creative and dynamic environment.
3. Good command of oral and written English communication and literacy.
4. Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
5. Proficient skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
6. Very strong understanding of packaging skills.
7. Flexible and adaptable to a changing work environment.
