The role: Sales & Customer Service
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Handle sales
Handle shipments: prepare packages & invoices
Build and keep long-term business relationships with new and existing customers
Handle customer technical support by phone & online support
Handle administrative tasks
Manage all tasks and functions of the managing director
Conduct market research to find the best suppliers
Requirements:
University graduate (languages, business management or similar)
At least 2 years working experience as an salesman in a factory, PCB factory is preferable
Articulate, sharp, intelligent, can make sensible decisions on manager's behalf for daily issues that arise
Trustworthy and can multi-task extremely well
Experience using Microsoft Windows XP and/or Windows 7 operating system
Experience using Microsoft Office or OpenOffice
Familiar with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Dreamweaver
Desire to get all tasks completed to highest standard
Pay attention to details
With patience
Polite, with excellent customer service skills
Able to work under pressure and meet the deadlines
Willing to work overtime when necessary
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Boy is preferable
