Execute operational logistics requirements necessary for the successful import and/or export of orders as accepted by STC, to the customer’s satisfaction.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan and execute logistics requirements necessary for the successful export and/or import of orders as accepted by STC, to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Manage operational emergencies in your area and to inform Operations Manager of any serious incidents.
• Work cooperatively with colleagues to balance workloads, resulting in the effective and timely updating of necessary information, customer communication, freight billing, collections and documentation requirements.
• Assist the Operations Manager with weekly, monthly and end of month activities demanded by the business and assist with resolution of any cost control or invoicing issues.

Qualifications
· Education
College/University degree preferred.
· Experience
Minimum 1 year operations experience in the tank container industry or very comparable alternative.
· Specific Skills
Fluent English and Mandarin.
Strong international experience, and awareness of cultures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be ethical, impartial, organized, detail oriented and able to prioritize, and set goals.
