Sample King is a young and ultra dynamic company, we provide thorough interal job trainning.
Due to continuous expansion we currently have a vacancy for a full time position.
We are looking for someone fitting the following profile.
Customer Service
Main tasks will be:
· Cost/Price calculation & quotation
· Inputting and processing customer purchase orders
· Customer service for our European and Asian customers
· Communicating with customers by email and phone
· Following up orders placed by Bru Textiles and other customers
· Responding to the inquiry of new materials and new products
· Following up the inquire with sourcing department
· Directing production planning to confirm the requirements and priorities
· Approving production samples
· Quality checking goods (file copies), service and deliveries
· Handling customer feedback and complaints
Requirements:
· Training in international trade
· Training in Sales
· Training in customer service
· Excellent understanding of English (both written and spoken)
· Being able to work accurately and seriously
· Ability to work under high pressure
· Ability to make proper analyses
· Good with computers
· Ability to work independently and accurately
