职位描述

Position Description
1)Update, identify and document business processes and information flow requirements.
2)Define current and future operational scenarios (processes, models, use cases, plans and solutions), work with the
business and the IT Architect to ensure proper translation of business requirements to IT solutions
3)Participates and drives improvement projects on Logistics operations through IT systems and solutions.
4)Works closely with business units from local to regional to worldwide level, as well as Logistics Tower Organization to
enhance countries to provide flawless execution of 3PL services through reengineering processes like warehousing,
transportation, International Freight and clearance, Imports & Exports administration to link with interface on IT requirements.
5)Support user training and all the Go- to-market strategy from operational side to Business Development and Procurement
team in areas of developing solutions to clients, pricing, delivery, areas of warehouse, operations in terms of IT solutions
6)Participate in the new implementation deployment, provide the process discipline and flow to the IT team. Generates reports
using IT systems and analyze data to develop trends for fulfilling the KPIs, articulate the outcome with the countries, stake
holders and the management.
7)Reviews performance metrics on a regular basis and conducts requirements gathering sessions, document requirements
and business rules, creates use case models, requirements matrix, as well as conducts quantitative and qualitative
business models in AP and analysis to overall improve the delivery and support the team in achieving all the service levels.
8)Supports UAT definition and functional approval of IT solution release.


Qualification
1)Degree in Business, Logistics/Supply Chain Management or Information System.
2)At least 3 years relevant working experience in Supply Chain Management.
3)Experience in analyzing business requirements and documentation.
4)Understanding and exposure of any one of the ERP/Warehouse solutions like SAP, Oracle, I2 Technologies, BaaN or any other WMS.
5)Analytical and process oriented with experience in Operations & Systems Integration, Project Management.
6)Self-motivated, good team player with pleasant & independent attributes.
7)High level communication skills, able to work across cultures.
8)Ready to travel as and when required for customer projects or internal projects at a short notice.
9)Can work under tight schedule.
