Qualification:
- 化学,化工及设备方面相关专业;

Chemistry, chemical plant and equipment related specialty

- 两年以上化学实验室测试工作经验;

Over two years chemical lab working experience.

- 有分析仪器或设备操作相关经验;

Analytical instruments or equipment operation experience;

- 动手能力强，能独立工作，解决问题;

Strong working abilities, able to work independently and solve the problem;

- 良好英文口语及写作能力,两年以上技术报告编写经验;

Good command of written and spoken English, with over two years experience for writing technical report.

- 熟练使用电子计算机，能使用电子表格及文档处理软件;

Good command of using computer, able to use spread sheet & word processing.
- 工作认真仔细, 勇于负责;

Working with responsibility and carefulness
- 善于与同事及客户沟通,交流

Good at communication with colleagues and customers

- 愿意从事实验工作;

Willing to work in the laboratory

Main duties include two parts:

Part A: 关于与实验室有关的工作。

About the work in the Test Room。
- 化工产品研磨实验及测试;

In charge of chemical grinding and test
- 及时完成实验报告并向相关人员报告;

Issue the test report on time and report to authority concerned

- 仪器和设备适当使用与维护, 包括清洁;

Proper Usage and maintenance of instrument and equipment, including cleaning

- 实验室环境的清洁,整洁与秩序;

Keep the lab clean, tidy and systematic
- 完成上级安排的工作任务;

Perform the task assigned from the management.

- 制定可行的实验计划

Prepare workable test plan

- 及时与瑞士总部沟通做实验的方案和探讨实验中出现的问题

Communicate with our headquarter in Switzerland and discuss the issues whichever happened during the test

- 给相关的销售人员提供建议选择恰当的机型

Advice suitable machine type for sales reference based on trials

- 改变实验方法达到改善实验过程，提供给销售人员去增加销售谈判的机会

Make the trials in different ways to improve the process，advise the sales to convince the customers for the potential business .

- 每月向管理部门递交当月的实验汇报和实验室的費用

Submit the monthly test report and cost declaration report to management

- 检查实验设备，建议技术部门及时订购配件和实验所需配件，如研磨用的珠子

Check lab equipment regularly，suggest technical department to order the necessary spare parts and accessories，such as the grinding beads

- 向销售人员要回客户的反馈存档准备将来之用

Get the feedback from sales，file it for future use.

Part B: 关于协助机械工程师的工作。

About assistant to Mechanical Engineer.

- 学习并了解产品机械部分的知识。

To learn the mechanical part of the machinery

- 来料检验及入库（包含备件，国产件及成品件）

Inspection and storage for all incoming material.

- 零部件及成品的发货。

Shipping documents for components and finished goods.

- 产品说明书

Manual preparation.

- 国内零部件的采购，如密封圈，工具等。

Local sourcing of some components, like O-ring, tools…etc.
