Major Responsibilites:
? Handle incoming and outgoing calls
? Greet visitors (Oversea Customers and Local suppliers)
? Arrange mails and courier services and filing
? Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Office Manager.

Requirements:
? Friendly, pleasant, helpful and presentable
? Good telephone manner and a team player
? Good English and Mandarin
? Familiar with Word, Excel (English and Chinese)
? Independent, self-motivated, and well-organized
? Capable of dealing with different kinds of people
? Willing to work in fast pace and demanding work environment
? Able to work under pressure
? Immediate availability is preferred
