2．熟悉电子元器件，两年以上IC电子元器件销售工作经历；
3．性格外向，具备谈判、计划控制能力，善于与人沟通，具备较强的亲和力；
4．有MCU销售经验优先考虑；

职位描述：
1．按照公司要求，实施产品的推广和销售，完成销售计划；
2．联系、跟进、拜访客户，演示公司产品，开发新客户；
3．系统整合客户资源，筛选行业客户；
4．协同技术工程师为客户制作方案说明书及报价；
5．负责维持公司客户关系，和客户保持良好的信息沟通；
6．收集业务信息，明确市场推广方案并落实执行；
7、处理顾客的售后服务、技术支持事宜。
