职位描述

• 熟悉QC 的作业规矩与制度, 建立QC部门作业计画. 了解ISO 9001 程式流程与规定, 负责与工厂协调解决公司经营的产品的出货品质.
• 管理QC内部事务, 培训新进QC, 管控各点QC严格执行品质检验标准, 检验流程及方法.
• 处理QC内部验货出现的品质, 追踪工厂及时改善, 确保顺利出货.
• 处理品质问题时能积极查找源头, 建立相关的品质预防机制, 能与工厂及客人进行正面的沟通.
• 直接与国外客人处理客人品质投诉, 与工厂一起讨论并提供CAP, 跟进工厂及时的改进计画.
• 执行各工厂的QA测试计划, 以达到优化工厂流程和工序的目的.
• 定期检讨品质问题.
• 评估品管人员的工作表现, 确保品管人员符合公司的行为规笵及职业操守.
• 执行年度产品测试计划, 确保产品品质稳定一致.

任职资格

• 大学相关科系毕业
• 良好英文表达能力(CET-4以上), 听说读写流利, 能独立与国外客人沟通.
• 五年以上的QC相关职位经历, 一年以上的主管经验.
• 熟悉QC制度与了解 ISO 内容与流程.
• 有良好的人际关系与沟通能力, 良好的对客服务意识, 能带领团队的运作.
• 精通电脑操作Windows, office, Network.
• 有工厂生产过程方面的认识与经验, 这包含有关五金模具, 热处理, CNC ,冲床, 锻造, 电镀, 塑胶射出等.
• 对产品(家庭用品 厨房用品等)有相当的认识者, 并对原料如木材, 各种金属,塑胶材料等品质, 供应与市场有基本的了解者.

Job Description

• Familiar with the QC operating policies and develop QC departments programs. Well understand ISO 9001 regulations, coordinate the factories to deal with shipment quality issues.
• Manage QC internal affairs, train the new employees, and monitor the on-site QCs to ensure the strict implementation of inspection criteria, procedure and methods.
• Monitor internal quality inspection, deal with quality issues with factory, and follow up the correction plan to ensure the smooth delivery.
• Desire to seek problem source, establish preventative plans, deal with factory in positive manner and properly communicate to foreign customers.
• Directly handle quality complaints with foreign customers, work out the CAP with relevant parties, follow up the improvement plan to ensure the sample quality issue does not occur again.
• Deal with customer and factory for the implementation of the QA test plan.
• Review quality issues periodically.
• Evaluate the QC staff’s performance and make the necessary adjustments to meet our quality policies and practices.
• Coordinate with customers and factories to complete Product Compliance Testing annually.

Requirements

• University degree or above
• Must be fluent in spoken/written English (CET-4 minimum, CET-6 preferred).
• 5 years of relevant work experience, more than one year of supervisory experiences.
• Familiar with the QC system and understand the regulation and process of ISO.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, well customer services sense.
• Skilful in computer Windows, office, and Network.
• Excellent knowledge and experiences of factory production processes, which includes the metal mold, heat treatment, CNC, punching, forging, plating, plastic injection, etc.
• Good knowledge of Kitchenware, household goods, and basic understanding of the raw material specifications, such as wood, metal, plastic materials.
