A newly created appointment, reporting to the CEO and forming an integral part of the senior team and operations board. It is a central and involved role in the running of a fast-paced business, within which there is considerable scope for improvement.

Working in collaboration with the other members of the Management Board, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, achieve annual goals, facilitating collaboration, improving operation efficiency, managing risk and leading the development of major programmes, etc.

Requirements :

- Degree or above, MBA is an advantageous;
- A significant track-record of experience at senior level;
- Strong in the area of franchise store management and retails & channel sales experience;
- Liquor or wine is a must
- Very familiar with doing business in China
- Experienced in strategic planning and roll-out of same
- A pragmatic thinker who can bring ideas to life and deliver on medium and long term strategies
- Strong business acumen and exceptional interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
- Future oriented and understands the big picture. Constantly seeks opportunities fr improvement
- Strong awareness of profit and loss and added value
- Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
