Project Manager (Interior Fit Out)

项目经理/项目协调员 （零售商铺精装修）

Experience working on luxury retail projects

有奢侈品零售项目的工作经验

5 years experience in technichal support of interior decoration and have the relative qualification
从事5年以上装修装饰施工技术管理工作并具有相关专业中级以上职称

Design experience is an advantage

有设计经验会优先考虑

Strong ability to liaise and co-ordinate with clients

有很好的与客户联系和协调的能力

Ability to develop and lead a small project team

能发展和领导项目团队的能力

Good organizational skills, responsible and hardworking

良好的组织能力，有责任感，工作勤奋努力

Good command of English and Mandarin

熟练掌握英语和普通话

Software literate (Excel, PPT, Word, MS Projects, AutoCAD a plus)

熟练运用Excel, MS Projects, AutoCAD 等软件

Willing to travel frequently

愿意经常出差

Responsible for overall project management, including material procurement, construction planning and management.

负责整个项目的管理，包括材料采购, 现场施工计划和管理等.

Applicants with less experience may be considered as Project Coordinator
