Duties and Responsibilities
职责

-Providing consultation services with respect to monitoring quality of incoming inbound products and finished products by reviewing Q/C data.
为监管所有即将入境的产品的质量，在审阅质检数据后完成产品等提供咨询
-Cross-functional management of QA.
对质保进行跨职能管理。
-Developing and recommending improvements of facilities, equipment, or procedures to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
开发和和推荐方法改进设备、机械，改善生产流程的安全、质量以及效率等问题。
-Building quality into all aspects of work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.
遵循所有质量要求来使产品在每个方面都质量过关。
-Helping develop, update and maintain procedures and documentation for all Quality Systems including all paperwork.
为质量系统来开发，更新和维持程序，包括所有的文件工作。
-Establishing and supporting a work environment of continuous improvement that supports the company’s Quality policy, Quality System & the appropriate regulations for the area.
建立并且支撑对公司质量政策，质量系统和适当流程有帮助作用的工作环境。
-Scheduling and or performing calibrations for QA measuring instruments.
为质检量度方案安排并且执行校准工作。

-Able to speak and write Mandarin and English fluently.
中英文水平流利。

-Required excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.

Education and Qualifications
教育

-Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
工程师学士或是相关专业。
-Minimum 2 years of experience as quality assurance supervisor.(in the field of tooling/manufacturing is preferred)
至少2质保主管的工作经验（有制模或是生产相关领域经验的优先）
