Responsibilities:

- In charge of funding management, including funding application, payment arrangement, etc.

- Checking the balance both cash in hand and deposit in bank in time; responsible for their safety and veracity.

- Making the bank balance reconciliation & cash inventory list; keeping the accounts consistent with the fact.

- Recording cash journal, bank journal.

- Making AR & AP vouchers and entering them in ACCPAC.

- Verifying tax invoice and business.

- Recording and updating the issued invoice statement & cash flow in time.

- Return the Hexiaodan to the clients after receiving the money.

- Daily administration work in Shenzhen office.

- Other related works from superiors.

Requirements:

- Associate degree or above, major in finance or related area.

- 1 year related experience at least.

- Good attitude toward work, high sense of responsibility.

- Able to finish the work actively, responsibly,

- Good communication skills and service awareness.

- Good English.
