Job Description : Business Developper Car Audio - CHINA
The candidate will be a business degree holder with prior experience (at least 5 years) in the Car Audio industry.
English speaking required.
Position located in China (flexible)
Main tasks :
1. Market Intelligence gathering : Gather information on Chinese market.
_ Distribution channels (ex. 4S shops, online etc)
_ Business terms and conditions (consignment, warranty, payment terms etc)
_ Working Directly with the shops vs using Distributors : detail business model options
_ OE Channels (Car Makers) : doing business options - understanding of "Decision makers"
_ Competition : summarize current status : branded and unbranded (ex. suppliers)
2. Identify proper "Chinese line up" :
_ US products we have which could sell in China (after market)
_ US products sold to the OE makers (ex. Ford, GM, etc) : define if sellable in China and modifications needed (spec, price, ID etc)
_ Other : define specific needs for China market
3. Estimate Cost of doing business :
_ Product change needed and costs (ex. 3C license...)
_ Specific SW requirements
_ Other features and costs
4. Partnerships :
_ recommend possible partners (ex. Distributors)
5. Reporting : provide monthly report as of the status of above matters.
