· Diploma with at least 5 years working experience in manufacturing/trading company.
· Familiar with China and Oversea import and export procedure is required.
· Responsible, well-organized, detail-minded , able to work under pressure
· Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Responsibilities
· Well experienced in handling full set of I/E documents, logistics, tradelink, custom declaration to meet requirements.
· Follow up orders by coordinating with factory and U.S. office
· Coordinate all transportation issues including ocean and air freight forwarding, as well as truck arrangement
· Perform clerical duties for the department and preparation of various reports.
