工作职责：

1 按质量体系要求，负责生产过程监控、物料监控并对相关记录审核；
2 参与相关质量标准（原材料、半成品、成品等）的制定；
3 负责对退回的产品和不合格产品的处理分析，提出改善意见反馈相关部门；
4 负责部门内员工的管理、监督考核及人员的调配；
5 推进企业实施ISO9001质量体系，并协调、督促各部门执行ISO9001标准；
6 负责定期和不定期对各部门提交质量检查报告及建议并进行跟踪；
7 负责对部门人员业务技术方面的指导和培训；
要求：
1、专科以上学历；有消费类电子如U盘，数码相框产品质量控制相关工作经验
2、3年以上质量管理工作经验；具有质量保证和质量检验的经验；
3、熟悉ISO9000质量管理体系；了解产品工艺流程；熟悉运用质量管理工具及方法；
4、工作认真负责，严谨细致，有较强的分析解决问题能力
5、组织能力强，沟通协调能力强
6、有一定的英语表达能力，能读懂并撰写英文的检验报告
7、适应出差
