1.24-40岁，大专以上学历，电子技术类相关专业；
2.至少2年以上生产工程技术实际工作经验
3.电脑操作熟练，擅长统计分析，懂电路原理，解析不良原因并进行有效控制

岗位职责：
1.负责标准工时制定与优化完善。负责生产效率提高；
2.负责作业指导书的制作与优化完善。负责工艺执行力的提高；
3.负责生产中异常分析、解决、处理、跟进；
4.负责监查生产工艺文件、工程变更事项的执行情况；
5.负责策划、设计、制作、安装、调试、改进生产工装夹具，制定操作流程规范；
6.负责对生产员工进行技术、技能（特别是测试方法）以及产品知识培训，提高员工的作业技能、技巧，组织进行作业技能考评和认定；
7.负责新机型试产重点跟踪，记录掌握生产问题点和相关数据，协调项目负责人解决试产问题；
8.负责组织消除产线瓶颈，提升产能效率，确保产品品质；
9.负责监督生产相关表单数据记录统计，对相关数据进行分析，制定改进计划并组织实施；
10.负责组织对不良品进行原因分析、故障维修、对策控制。
