Assistant Product Integrity Manager

Reporting to the Regional Product Integrity Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for execution of the product integrity policy, support development, communication and implementation of corporate quality requirements, international standard & regulations, retailer program requirements etc. S/he will lead teams of product integrity officer, inspectors and laboratory test technicians in Shenzhen and Dongguan offices for quality assurance and quality control on our wide-ranged products, and collaborate with Asia suppliers and 3rd arty laboratories on suppliers' project quality and compliances.

Requirements
. At least 5 years solid experience in printed products, ceramics, candles, gifts, cosmetics, ornaments, toys, electronics, with at least 3 years in managerial position
. Degree holder in Engineering descipline and strong knowledge and experience of CPSIA/ASTM/EU/CAN/AUS/International product safety, regulatory and customer/retailer quality/COC/security requirements
. Frequesnt traveling between Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Dongguan offices and factories within China and occasionally to Southeast Asia
. Well organized, detail-minded and good team-player
. Good command of oral and written English and Putonghua
. Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
