职位描述
Total objectives and expectation for this position:
To be an active part of an efficient, modern and accurate finance/accounting department that pays detailed attention to external as well as internal circumstances.
To supervise accounting operation; to ensure full compliance with PRC GAAP accounting standards, tax regulations and corporate financial policies.
You are responsible for recruitment, training, retention, performance review, and talent management.
Capable of developing, improving, maintaining company HR and administration procedures and systems.
Be current in all state and local governmental laws, rules, regulations, and/or practices about employment, safety, environment and health.
Responsibilities and Activities:
Accounting
? Responsible for performing day-to-day accounting routines; petty cash management, account receivable, account payable and general ledger maintenance. Responsible for invoice check and payment, voucher filing and supporting documents follow-up. Expenses review and check to make sure the expenses, reimbursement compliances with policies;
? Preparation and calculation of payroll, tax and social benefits;
? Reconciliation for Accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank movement. Prepare weekly cash flow summary to maintenance bank balance;
? Responsible for monthly reporting of changes in the fixed assets register, to the accounting department in Hong Kong;
? Calculate corporate tax and perform income tax accounting (incl. income tax, business tax, withhold tax stamp duties etc). Initiate all tax payment to the relevant tax bureau;
? Liaise and coordinate corporate relations with bank, tax bureau and other government agencies to protect corporate interest. Prepare necessary information for internal and external audits;
HR
? Establish, implement, maintain and monitor company implementations of HR/ Admin policy and procedure;
? Coordinate HR related issues across the company and with related outside parties;
? While meeting the requirement of the company’s HR strategy, continuously optimize the human resource configuration to effectively reduce cost;
? Establish and maintain company personal files and records;
? Other Ad hoc projects assigned by your superior manager;

Desired Profile
Education:
? Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting and qualified from a professional body
? Human Resources Management diploma/certificate or similar experience is preferable
Experience:
? 4-5 years adequate work experience from representative office and/or WFOE business entity
? Very good knowledge about Shanghai and China accounting principles and preferable good knowledge about other Asian countries principles. Knowledge of various accounting software systems
? 3-4 years HR and Administrational working experience from representative office or foreign company with experience in recruitment, training, retention, performance review and talent management

? High level of responsibility, strong work ethics and integrity
? Attentive to details, organized and structured
? Able to work independently as well as in group
? Able to work under high pressure and meet tight deadlines, have good time management skills

Languages:
