You will be responsible for maximising our sales revenue through leading sales team to develop overseas agents and direct customers with existing customers and also placing a strong emphasis on developing new customers. The role is suited to a confident, organised, sales professional, ideally who has worked in a similar role in shipping or logistics company for more than 3 years.

Key Activities

Lead and manage the sales team

Devise and perform sales campaigns targeted at market regions

Sales training

Develop key relationships with international customers and agents

Build a solid direct sales pipeline and develop opportunities

Achieve pre-defined sales targets

Developed sales contacts in defined markets

Work closely with the marketing, operation and finance teams to ensure customer requirements are met on a timely basis

Coordinate all international sales efforts with clients.

Position requirements

Experience of selling transportation service with air or sea freight background

Experience of developing and managing an international customer network is important

more than 3 years with working experience of overseas sales for shipping or logistics company

Similar experience as a sales superviser should not be less than 3 years.

English language skills are essential

Computer literate
