Shipping Clerk

Job Summary
This position requires a day-to-day execution of all POs related timelines, to arrange shipment bookings and combinations, and to arrange QC inspection. This position requires effectively and efficiently communication with suppliers, freight forwarders, customers and other internal departments.

Requirements

Excellent English skill in both speaking and writing, this role needs frequent contacting with foreign customer via phone calls and emails

Minimum 2 year experiences in international trading, familiar with trading procedures

Can cooperate with suppliers, forwarders and clients closely, understand clients requirement clearly and transfer instructions accurately and promptly

Be a good connection between suppliers, forwarders and clients.

Must be initiative and attention to details, be able to resolve problem quickly

Self motivator, team worker and quick learner
