职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责行政公文、会议纪要、工作报告等起草及日常文秘、信息报送工作；
2、协助部门做好其他的辅助服务工作；
3、做好部门和其他部门的协调工作。
4、总经理交待的各类事宜。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，英语六级及以上，英语专业、电子商务、金融专业或相关工作经验者优先考虑；
2、有较好的沟通表达能力及服务意识，具有一年及以上经理助理的工作经验者优先考虑；
3、工作有条理，细致、认真、有责任心，办事严谨；
4、熟练电脑操作及Office办公软件，具备基本的网络知识；
5、熟悉经理助理管理知识及工作流程，具备较强的文字撰写能力和较强的沟通协调以及语言表达能力。
6、提供住宿。
