2 、负责新产品的制作跟进；

3 、收集有关元素，定期进行市场调查，了解市场流行趋势；

4 、结合品牌和公司发展风格，进行产品设计和开发元素的规划工作；

5、对珠宝有独特见解和认识；思维活跃；

任职要求：

1 、珠宝设计或艺术类院校美术类相关专业大学专科以上学历

2 、有较高的创意设计水平和美学素养

3 、了解珠宝的流行趋势及市场动态，良好的审美鉴赏力及团队协作能力

4 、熟悉珠宝首饰的起版、跟版、加工等生产制作流程，各种主材、配件的特性

5 、具备较强的手绘能力及软件设计能力

6 、对设计工作有浓厚的兴趣，工作热忱
