Responsibilites
-Familiar with sea freight/ air freight operation(booking, shipping order, shipping instruction, issuing FCR /HBL and invoices, have US LINE handling experience is preferred
-Familiar with bonded warehouse operations, coordinate warehouse in&out activities
- Closely following up with involved parties to support their understanding about pricing structure, operation feasibility
- Obtain delivery proposals and quotations from different suppliers for line manager approval
- Maintain shipping data on daily basis
- Weekly report, monthly report verification and analysis, responsible for data accuracy
- Check billings for all jobs arranged
Requirements
Above 3years experiences in forwarding industry or logistics industry. Have knowledge of import/export shipments handling.
l Responsible, independent, hard working, well organized
l Good command of spoken and written English;
l proficiency of MS office (such as Excel, Word, PPT) and related logistic software.
l Be able to work independently, carefully with good initiatives;
l Good interpersonal communication skills
l Logistics, international trade industry knowledge
l Willingness to learn and share
