1、熟悉阿里巴巴国际速卖通平台，能够利用诚信通会员寻找目标客户，并能独立完成销售和接单。
2、处理BTC速卖通平台的日常顾客订单售前咨询及售后跟踪服务，在线或电话回答客户的疑问。
3、诚信通售前售后客服，专业电话回访，管理速卖通商铺并发布产品。
4、能够有效推广速卖通平台，增加产品的曝光率，并提高客户满意度。
任职要求：
1、一年以上阿里巴巴国际站诚信通销售操作或管理经验，熟悉阿里巴巴速卖通规则 ，能熟练掌握ps软件及画图软件者优先考虑，对外贸有浓厚工作热情的英语专业及国贸专业的应届毕业生也可以考虑。
2、良好的客户沟通技巧，亲和力和应变能力，善于把握客户的心理。
3、性格开朗、善于沟通、能承受较强的工作压力，具备良好的网络营销意识和人际沟通能力，能够以愉悦的态度为客户提供优质服务。
