职位描述

Reporting line:
- Report to the head of Shenzhen Branch
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and conduct things in accordance with all required standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 2859 and other required customer requirements.
- Ensure suppliers follow Orange cosmetic and other general requirements for QA specifications and standards for materials, processes as well as finished products.Evaluate product and disadvantages of the process and therefore suggest solutions including but not limited to making any changes of processes, products or standards of QA where warranted. Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for process related concerns.
- Responsible for ensuring that suppliers are engaged in continual improvement activities to enhance the general quality using systems, such as Kaizen lean methods, 8D etc.
- Support the Group countries to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant country requirements.
- Conduct audits, including closing out audit findings, creating audits finding reports and determine / follow up proper corrective and preventive actions.
- Responsible for assessing organizing and managing the overall activities of receiving, production and outgoing quality functions.
- Ensure timely resolution of supplier failure, corrective actions and preventive actions.
- Preparation and issuing of QA reports.
- DOM (Daily Output Monitoring)
Skills and Experience:
- Proven Quality management principles focussing on effective sampling plans, corrective actions, 8D and SPC etc
- Experience in manufacturing / supply chain/ Operations
- Ability to project manage
- Commercial awareness
- Excellent fluency in spoken and written English
- Good understanding of Handsets or similar consumer products
- Good understanding of product quality in terms of hardware and software
