岗位职责及工作内容:

1，负责手机硬件的原理设计、Layout评审、和主板调试（基带、射频和驱动）；
2，定位解决硬件技术问题；
3，和软件工程师紧密协作，保证整机设计指标的按时实现，并满足可靠性和一致性要求；
4，和其它部门密切协作，保证按时实现相关的生产目标；
5，解决生产中出现的异常问题；
6，完成其它相关工作。


任职资格：
---------
1，本科以上学历，计算机、通讯或电子工程等相关专业毕业；
2，5年以上硬件开发经验，至少两年以上的MTK平台的研发经验；
3，具有很强的动手能力，熟悉相关仪器仪表的使用；
4，对工厂生产、测试有所了解；
5，能够熟练阅读和理解英文资料；
6，工作积极主动，有良好的领导能力、团队精神和沟通能力；
7，工作耐心细致有条理，有韧性，有责任心，能够承受工作压力；积极向上，勤奋好学。

5.5天工作制，每天9：00-12：00，14：00-18：00,周六9:00-12:00,下午部门安排活动
