有《拉叶》《切叶》《绑树》《打藤》《加灯》《包装》相关经验者优先录取！
学历：不限
初期进厂5天内培训按计时薪资计算，5天后即转成计件制度！
旺季满勤工作制度：（星期天视工作情况，酌情休假，届时会提前通知）
底薪：1860/月
加班费：星期一至星期日出勤超出8小时以后每小时按RMB:9.0/时计算
薪资：计件制度（按各工位不同工价计算）
1、新进员工进厂15天内未达低标者，公司将情况留任员工位或调整工位处理或以试用期不合格解雇处理！
2、全计件工人，每日工作均达到高标以上者，公司绩效奖励包吃包住(全包)(水电费自理)
3、全计件工人，每日工作均达到标准以上者，公司绩效奖励包吃包住(半包)(水电费自理)
4、有计时工资将不参与上述第2、3条条例内容
5、如计件未达标准者伙食：拿饭卡则吃多少扣多少，没有补助，不拿饭卡则伙食自行承担，没有补助
6、如计件未达标准者住宿：住公司宿舍每人扣除RMB：90/月；水电费由同一寝室同仁共同支出，外宿者不补助

Our factory, established in 1979 in Taiwan, was originally specialized in the manufacture of PVC films for Christmas tree and sheets. We moved our production base to Shenzhen, China 1989 and started manufacturing PVC Christmas tree, Pre-lighted tree, garland, wreath, swag etc in 1992.
In order to meet business increasing, We have founded the branch factory in Jurong City, jiangsu Province in 2001, covers 40,000 square meters and has 800 employees, passed the GB/T19001-2000 idt ISO-9001:2000 qualify certification in 2004. Moreover, we have expanded the new products line:Paper Mache items & metal craft including Religious, Decoration, Santa Claus, Snowman, Easter gifts, photo frame, angels garden decorations, Christmas & Halloween series, a wide variety of animals, candleholders etc.
We have a samples research & design department which have 60 professional employees in ShenZhen office. We can develop and design new competitive products according customer request and characters of market. Our design team's extensive experience will ensure a quality finish.
Our products are mainly exported to European, American and Japan markets. We have a perfect management system and a strict quality assurance system, which ensure high reputation and strong competitiveness of our Christmas arts and crafts. And the most important to you, we always deliver high quality product on time.
