职位描述
Role & Responsibility :
?Client and Supplier rates tables set-up; timely and integrate maintenance of the rates tables to reflect new and updated contracts and agreed Change Management Requests made by GSCO Contract Management Department (Clients) and Logistics Procurement (Suppliers).
?Assure the integrity of rates data within the O2C and P2P processes routinely validated.
?Client, internal and external audit processes fully and successfully supported.
?Tax rules tables set-up, timely and integrate maintenance of the tax tables.
?Business rules set-up, timely and integrate maintenance of the tax tables.
?Supplier and client master data creation and maintenance,
?Purchase order validation & maintenance of the analytical purchase order conversion table.
?Auto-control on the data integrity. Deploy regular cross-checks (cross team) on data integrity
?Regular checks on users profile and accesses on both Invoicing and Accounting systems to secure integrity of systems accesses
?Active role as part of GSCO Finance Team
?Support to relevant process and system development activities for existing and new client business.
Education / Qualification
?Bachelor degree in Financial or Business Administration
?IT system oriented.
?Highly proficient in the use of Office Systems, particularly spreadsheets such as Excel, but also Word and PowerPoint.
?Knowledge of invoicing systems and practices in complex and dynamic buy / sell environment, preferably gained in the logistics industry.
?Knowledge of tax set-ups in multinational environment in the logistics industry.
?Linguistic skills: fluent in English. Other languages desirable
?Min 1 year experience of Finance or related operations is preferable
