Quality Engineer

As a Quality Engineer, you responsibility will be:

- Perform inspection on site: organize the schedule, plan the visit (Shenzhen, Zhongshan), operate the inspection, issue the report on time,

- Source new vendor: seek, audit, select adapted vendor regarding Quality system and production organization + create the referential evaluation document,

- Vendor quality system improvement: manage the supplier to progress on their organization (Quality and production), bring new ideas and solve the Quality issue with the vendor.

- Internal Quality system: propose improvement of the internal Quality system organization,

- New development: assist the founder in the qualification of the new development.

As a Quality actor and key function in the company, you have a technical degree in electronic or Quality, you have strong and lasting experience in inspection and Quality field for electronic product.

We expect a consistent competency in implementing Quality method and system plus a real added value in electronic product manufacturing and control aspect.

As a member of a pioneer team and a starting up company, more than the necessary experience in manufacturing industry (8 years), we are looking for:

- A team player: you communicate positively, actively in the constant objective to make the team progress => you demonstrate your ability as captain of a sport team, by leading your previous team to achieve obvious performance.

- An Autonomous communicator: you can work far from your base while maintaining a very good/efficient communication at distance; you resist pressure and find way for solutions.

- A hands-on engineer: you are passionate by technology, smart product and how to produce them. You like tools, machine, workshop floor and factory environment.

- A passionate defender of the customer: you will deal with product for which the outlooking and finishing is the satisfaction of the customer and a constant and non negotiable requirement

Fluent in both written and oral English, you will work in direct contact with the founder; you have ideally been exposed to multinational environment (Japanese companies, German ...) and occupied successfully Quality inspection operational positions and engineering during your previous experience.
