Steel Category Quality Leader.

As a Category Quality Leader, you responsibility will be :

- Evaluate the supplier Quality ability (Product, System and Organization) and performance to produce in the respect of our standard,

- Measure , communicate and improve the overall performance of the team,

- Develop and implement the efficient and standard Quality working methods and tools within the team,

- Define, set up and implement Quality improvement project within your team,

- Take decision for Quality matter link to business development, support your manager and co-worker in prioritization of the Quality necessary actions,

- Support your co-worker, your team and the company by hands-on learning action on site, formalization and sharing of your knowledge and successful case all through the company.

As a Steel category dedicated team member, you are required to demonstrate a knowledge and experience in carbon steel manufacturing and material.

As a member of a value driven company, more than the necessary experience in manufacturing industry (5 to 15 years), we are looking for :

- A team player able to lead a team to excellence performance : you have already successfully lead a team to achieve a great progress, measurable and effective in Quality related field;

- A hands-on engineer: you are passionate by technology, tools, machine, workshop floor and factory environment. You demonstrated your sense of organization, method mastery and your demanding level on the field.

Fluent in both written and oral English, you have ideally been exposed to multinational environment (Japanese companies, German, …) and occupied successfully and successively Quality key positions (started from Quality Operational position to Supervisor, Team leader, Quality manager …) during your previous experience.
