Solid Woods Manufacturing Specialist.

As a Manufacturing Specialist, you responsibility will be :

- Evaluate manufacturing capability of existing and news suppliers,

- Define, set up and implement manufacturing improvement project within your suppliers : from flow definition (LEAN concept), to blue print of dedicated production plant and management of the implementation (cost efficiency driven),

- Set up manufacturing parameters (performance and capabilities) to analyze, benchmark and manage your suppliers performance : drive them to the top,

- Support your co-worker, your team and the company by hands-on learning action on site, formalization and sharing of your knowledge and successful case all through the company.

As a Solid Woods category dedicated team member, you are required to demonstrate a knowledge and experience in solid woods manufacturing.

As a member of a value driven company, more than the necessary experience in manufacturing industry (5 to 15 years), we are looking for :

- A team player able to lead a team and his supplier to excellence performance : You have already successfully lead a team to achieve a great progress, measurable and effective;

- A hands-on creative engineer : you are passionate by technology, tools, machine, workshop floor and factory environment. You spent time in factory workshop in the past where you demonstrated your sense of innovation and organization.

Fluent in both written and oral English, you have ideally been exposed to multinational environment (Japanese companies, German, …) and occupied successfully and successively technical key positions (Quality, Production, Engineering) during your previous experience.
