Quality Control Supervisor

As a QC Supervisor, you responsibilities will be:

- Manage and lead the QC inspectors: recruit, evaluate, and promote team members

- Prepare, plan & coordinate the inspections: QC forms, QC schedule and plan

- Lead and guide the team on QC knowledge and method and the quality / work problem resolution

- Co-work and communicate with customers and overseas colleagues: sample preparation and sending

- Ensure the production process quality control

- Manage customer complaints

- Manage the Chinese suppliers to meet the company & customer requirements

As a key quality actor, you have a technical degree (engineering, Quality or equivalent), you have experience in inspection or Quality field for electronic or related products.

We expect a consistent competency in implementing strict control method (from IQC to FQC) associated to a knowledge regarding manufacturing process and related international standard.

As a position with high stake, more than the necessary experience in industry (5 years), we are also looking for:

- A team player: you communicate positively, actively in the constant objective to make the team progress => you demonstrate your ability as captain of a sport team, by leading your previous team to achieve obvious performance.

- An Autonomous communicator: you can work far from your base while maintaining a very good/efficient communication at distance; you resist pressure and find way for solutions.

- A hands-on engineer: you are passionate by technology and manufacturing process. You like tools, machine, workshop floor and factory environment.

- A passionate defender of the customer: your experience and achievement show your consistency and reliability in action and your ability to take decision.

Fluent in both written and oral English, you have ideally been exposed to multinational environment (Japanese companies, German ...) and occupied successfully Quality key operational positions during your previous experience.
