Responsibility:

1. Manage direct/indirect spend for the plant;
2. Identify the opportunities to reduce procurement costs for achieving material purchasing strategy of localization, cost-saving, short time delivery;
3. Support all contract negotiations on all the projects at plant;
4. Purchasing data analysis, spends, PPV, ect
5. Following up order execution, ensure that the supplier delivery product on time and in satisfied quality;
6. Conduct good communication together with internal users, identify and implement improvement opportunities (e.g. as a result of standardization of materials/services, purchasing process optimization, etc.);
7. Monitor supplier performance and comply with company purchasing policy and procedure;
8. Handle the purchase request in time and make sure production operate smoothly without any short supply;
9. Negotiate prices, terms and conditions with suppliers;
10. Contract and PO creation within the timing agreed with requestors;
11. Ensure that all the payments are handled correctly;
12. Other activities developed by higher lever.


Requirements:

1. College or above in related disciplines;
2. At least 5 years working experience in sourcing fields;
3. Enlarge scope from MRO and Package to procurement;
4. Reduce vendor quantity, especially MRO;
5. Excellent Microsoft office skill, especially for EXCEL, PPT
6. Excellent interpersonal skills both in English and Chinese;
