职位描述/Position Description：

负责工厂土建工程方面的日常管理工作。
Be responsible for daily management in plant civil engineering.

主要职责/ Major Responsibilities：

？ 负责组织设计、监理、建设、施工及有关单位进行图纸会审并跟踪落实会审中提出的问题。Be responsible for organize the designer, supervisor, owner, builder and other partner to carry out joint checking of drawing and follow up the actions for problem.
？ 安排工程开工前的各项准备工作和办理土木开工之相关手续或许可。
Arrange the preparation work before the start up of engineering t and transact relative procedure or permission for civil engineering.
？ 负责牵头施工现场施工总承包、监理单位、分包单位、主要材料供应商等相关单位的协调工作，牵头施工现场管理。
Be responsible for take the lead in coordinate work among GC, supervisor,sub-contractor,main material supplier,ec. Take the lead in construction site management.
？ 监督施工单位按照进度计划进行施工，发现问题及时纠偏。
Supervise the builder to carry out construction according scheduled plan and take the corrective action for the found problem.
？ 监督监理单位对施工现场的质量、安全环境的监理工作。
Supervise the supervisor to carry out supervision work in the aspect of construction site quality and safety and environment.
？ 针对工程管理中的实际情况，召集监理工程师、施工单位项目经理、技术负责人组织召开专题会议，解决现场具体问题。
Organize the subject meeting together with supervisor’s engineer, builder’s project manager,technical manager to slove the construction site problem accoding the real situation of engineering.
？ 负责收集各种来往有关工程文件。
Be responsible for collect all kinds of the document related to the engineering.
？ 负责本专业各类技术资料、文件的收集、整理。
Be responsible for collect and organize all kinds of technical document and file in the civil engineering.
？ 在合同和公司制度要求下，负责审查工程节点付款文件，并审查施工单位发生增项、变更项的费用，提出工程款支付建议。
Be responsible for check the stage payment file according the contract and regulation of company.Check the fee about added item and modified item from the builder.Give the proposal about engineering payment.
？ 负责本专业项目施工的相关报监等手续，参与隐蔽工程验收、牵头组织竣工验收和竣工资料备案。
Be responsible for supervision report in civil engineering.Participate in inspection and approval of concealed work. Take the lead in organize the finial acceptance and final documentation put on records for the project.
？ 负责所在工程项目的土建部分的竣工验收和移交等工作。
Be responsible for final acceptance and hand over work of civil engineering for the project.
？ 完成领导交办的其他工作。
Finish other tasks given by direct boss.


任职条件/Qualifications：

？ 工民建、房地产开发与管理等相关专业，大学及以上学历
Bachelor or above in civil engineering or real estate development and management.
？ 从事3年以上的建筑行业相关工作
Undertake 3 years correlative work experience in construction industry.
？ 具有工程师或注册土木工程师资格
Have engineer qualification or register civil engineer qualification.
？ 良好的英语书写和表达能力
Fluent Englsih speaking, writing,etc.
？ 熟悉国家有关建筑工程的政策、法律、法规及建筑工程设计、工程管理技能
Familiar with the national policy,law,regulation of construction engineering. Familiar with construction engineering design and skills of engineering management.
？ 熟悉项目管理方法和管理工具
Familiar project management method and management tool.
